This residence, designed for Mrs. Sudha and Mr. Nandan, was constructed in 2012 and is situated in the coveted Jayanagar area. Occupying a site area of 2400.00 sq.ft., the built-up area covers 2720.00 sq.ft. The residence faces a road to the south, ensuring a pleasant orientation. The architectural design harmoniously blends natural stone, exposed brick walls, and plastered walls to create a visually appealing structure. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms, a spacious living area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a dining area. Notably, a grand puja room with a Dashavathara carved window overlooks the living room, adding a spiritual touch. The living area opens up to a large skylight at the second floor level, which features a cut-out at the first floor level. The wooden staircase serves as an elegant focal point.
